Some of the best mountain bike trails in St Louis. My favorite place to ride.
No RV dump, RV sites right by main road, very little shade, lots of horse manure and a ton of flies. The trails in the woods are also littered with horse manure. To top it off, this is one of the state's most expensive parks at $25 per night. Maybe if you have a horse this is a nice place.??
My favorite park within the St. Louis 30 mile ring. I love to mountain bike so that is what I normally do here but the trial consist of equestrians and hikers too. There are outlooks to be had and wild life is in abundance! Get out and get you some nature!
Well it got cold so we packed everything up by 10 pm. As we were getting into the car, two police officers pull us over. Officer Sam Edwards ended up charging us for trespassing at a CAMPSITE for being CLOSED??? as we were LEAVING.

And the entrance we came in through did not have any gate or any signs indicating that they were closed!
