Purchasing the vehicle was initially a great experience, but follow up service has been horrible. When we first came in and looked at the vehicle they let us drive it as long as we wanted and didn't pressure us into buying anything. I found a few things on the initial test drive that I had an issue with and when I told the sales staff about them they said they would fix them. I thought it was great that they were willing to. The blower motor resistor was bad and the struts on the rear lift gate and rear window were bad. In order to fix the issues they needed to order parts. They got the blower resistor within a week. I went and picked it up and they looked at our vehicle to see what the other needed parts were. A week went by, no call about the parts so I called them. "Oh, they are on order." I was told. So another couple weeks go by and honestly I'd almost forgotten about the needed parts until the lift gate dropped on my wife while she was putting groceries in the back. So, I called again and this time I was told that the parts were never even ordered! So here we are over a month later and I've called 3 times in the last week to figure out what in the world is the issue and they say we need you to bring your vehicle in so we can see what you're talking about. All this time and they don't have any idea what part is even needed. So, my wife drives the vehicle there and they argue with her about what parts were agreed upon because the sales person didn't write down what they should have in the first place. Bottom line, go elsewhere. I thought since Bo's Autorama was associated with a reputable dealer like Bo Beukman it would be a good experience. Turns out, they were only in it for the initial pay day. On a side note, within a month of buying the vehicle it has developed a severe driveline vibration/drone, the radiator has ruptured, and I found the CV joint boot torn on the front driveshaft and someone had pumped it full of fresh grease rather than repair it. Ridiculous.
