I called Dave Sinclair in Pacific on Friday July 22nd after getting a flat tire on the highway. I was told they had my tire in stock... I had my vehicle towed in. Upon arrival I confirmed that they had a loaner vehicle available. After waiting around for the service manager to sign me in he informed me that I couldn't have a loaner because he wasn't sure how many he would need Monday. WHAT? It was 5pm on a Friday and my car wasn't drivable. In a panic I tried calling enterprise and hertz to get a vehicle but couldn't get either business to answer. I told the service manager that I couldn't get a rental so I needed the loaner I was told was available or a ride home. He still told me no and walked outside to help another customer... so I had to WALK almost 9 miles in the 100 degree weather home. I spoke with Dave on Saturday and left feeling confident that the rest of my experience would go smoothly... unfortunately that wasn't the case. Monday rolled around and I was told 3 different totals for my repairs... upon arrival to pick up my vehicle they didn't even complete the requested services ( new tire, rotation, alignment). They put the new tire on in the front and "cleaned" my vehicle... there's caked on cleaner or something all over my hood and door that won't come off. It was an awful experience with terrible customer service! Who lets a paying customer WALK 9 miles in the extreme heat when there are loaner vehicles available?
I'm very disappointed especially since I've been looking at Jeeps on their lot since my favorite car Salesman is back. Once you find a good, honest salesman you want to stick with them. Especially with Stacey as the Sales Manager/GM. Stacey is amazing and It's unfortunate how poorly the service department makes the dealership as a whole.
We just left this dealership and I have to say, they were the most helpful dealership I have ever encountered! My husband and I are on our way to Texas pulling a trailer with our Durango when we had lighting problems last night about 6:30pm. I called the dealership knowing the service department had probably closed. The owner, Dave Sinclair answered my call. He was truly interested in our problem and gave us some tips to avoid a dead battery. He called the service department to see if anyone was still around and set us up for an appointment this morning when they opened. Unfortunately, we need a new circuit box and we couldn't wait to order one. Back on the road but if we lived in this area, we would certainly buy our next vehicle from them!
So they screwed me out of the two remaining oil changes that I had already paid for. $50. It's not a huge amount of money to lose, and really in the grand scheme of things it's a very cheap way to find out that your car dealer values money over your satisfaction and continued patronage.
I really used to like this place, bought two cars here before it became Dave Sinclair and had my cars serviced there as well.

I just want to say thank you to Dave Sinclair Chrysler Dodge Jeep for taking the time to actually listen to me and help me get to the bottom of the issues that my 2017 Charger R/T! Your service staff is top notch in my opinion! They went above and beyond to fix issues that I was having with my 1 month old car, that the dealer that I bought it from refused to.
I would buy the pre-paid oil change packages and save a few bucks, never a problem. The trouble started when one of the vehicles I had a package on got totaled. I went in with a different vehicle and tried to get the oil changed only to find out that they would only honor the agreement on the now totaled vehicle. The manager confirmed that this was their policy.
